This course, delivered in collaboration with UGent LIMET and the MSCA doctoral network NUTRIOME, introduces participants to the intricate fusion of nutritional science and omics technologies. Participants will hone their ability to design studies aimed at deciphering the molecular effects of nutrition, competently create and analyze omics datasets, and use machine learning methods to gain insights critical to advancing personalized nutrition strategies. For data processing and machine learning part of the course basic programming skills (R/Python) are a plus to optimize participant engagement and understanding.
